About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Producer to join the production team at Trailmix.  The role will work with the production unit to support the planning and organisation of game features, facilitate task allocation with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features that engage and entertain our players. You will play a crucial role in driving the production of Love & Pies and contribute to the growth and success of Trailmix. We welcome applications from candidates looking to take that next step up to Producer level or for existing producers.

Responsibilities

• Support managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring clear schedules and tasks are available for the product team.
• Connect and bridge multiple disciplines to ensure requirements are defined and broken down into clear development milestones.
• Ensure relevant stakeholders are kept up to date with issues, risks, challenges and opportunities that arise and facilitate resolutions/actions.
• Define milestones, and ensure Jira or other tracking is organised, prioritised and up to date.
• Work closely with the team and QA to facilitate releases and launches of features and events for Love & Pies.
• Be open and inquisitive to feedback to improve and promote improvement to our development and processes..
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for you and the team maintaining a high care, high performance environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a producer, associate producer or project manager, or similar role in the mobile gaming industry.
• Good broad knowledge and understanding of game development processes and challenges in the free-to play game space.  
• Familiarity with game design principles, monetization models, and live operations.
• Highly proficient in project management tools and software (ideally Jira/Confluence)
• Demonstrable experience in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Good practical experience of different agile and development methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Passion for free-to-play mobile games, with a good understanding of the market and games.

Location

Trailmix is currently operating under a hybrid work model - we have 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday & Friday) in person at our brand new studio in Kings X with the remaining 2 days available to work from home.
