Senior UA Manager

We are looking for a Senior UA Manager who will join us on the journey of extraordinary growth. You will be working alongside the best and brightest team and be part of executing UA strategies for our successful title Love & Pies, leveraging multi-million dollar budgets to drive profitable growth globally.

Our ideal candidate has strong operational skills and enjoys full autonomy to set the UA plan within the respective channels. This role is perfect for someone who has the ambition to make a tangible impact on the business and is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve our daily operations.

What you will do:

• Execute and optimise performance campaigns on major networks such as Facebook, TikTok, Apple Search, and other programmatic platforms.
• Deep-dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis and conduct creative & targeting A/B tests in order to meet ROAS targets.
• Monitor and optimise ad placement and bids to ensure all game adverts provide the best players' experience and strong ad revenues.
• Deliver business value by building relationships with external partners.
• Work collaboratively with the Product, Creative, and Data functions at Trailmix
• Keep up to date with the latest data/privacy updates and trends in mobile gaming

What you will need:

• 5+ years of UA experience in mobile games is a must
• F2P and IAP-focused game experience is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and the ability to read & understand data
• Interest in learning more about ad monetisation and overall growth strategy
• Tableau, Looker, or other data visualisation tool experience is a plus

Location:

Trailmix is currently operating under a hybrid work model - we have 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday & Friday) in person at our brand new studio in Kings Cross with the remaining 2 days available to work from home.
