Trailmix is an award-winning studio based in the heart of London, backed by mobile giants Supercell. We are actively growing the talented team behind our debut game, Love & Pies, which is set to be the next free-to-play mobile hit. About the role

Due to the success of Love and Pies Trailmix is growing and we need a Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with our hiring managers to identify, acquire, assess, and hire the best talent for Trailmix. This is a great opportunity for an experienced internal recruitment professional to own projects including employer branding, talent pipelining, candidate experience and recruitment best practice. Best of all it’s a role you can shape and grow.

Our ideal candidate will have already worked in a hiring position before, have a deep understanding of the gaming job market and be fully invested in representing our company values at each and every interaction with a potential candidate. Beyond that, we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, autonomous, and proactive in their approach to work.

Responsibilities and scope:

  • Search, identify and reach out to talented people for positions across all disciplines
  • Filter profiles and engage with the most exciting and suitable candidates
  • Conduct remote recruiter screens based on requirements and culture fit
  • Understand and be proactive in addressing the hiring needs of the whole company
  • Represent Trailmix’s core values in every interaction and ensure an amazing candidate experience
  • Work with hiring managers to create a seamless recruitment process
  • Maintain and fully utilise the ATS
  • Responsible for developing our employer brand strategy, including careersite, social media presence, industry PR and events
  • Upskill hiring managers in using the ATS, LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing techniques
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
  • Develop a pipeline of future talent and create an engagement strategy
  • Work with external recruiters where required to find the best candidate
  • Attend industry networking events
  • Create and present reports to communicate hiring progress to key stakeholders


  • Experience of working in an in house recruitment role
  • In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle
  • Experience of working in games or a tech startup environment
  • A network in games or passion for the industry
  • Previous experience of employer branding activities
  • Experience of direct sourcing and in-depth knowledge of sourcing tools
  • In-depth ATS knowledge
  • Good interviewing skills
  • Confident in giving feedback to candidates and negotiating offers
  • Experience of managing external recruitment companies
  • Excellent stakeholder management


Trailmix is currently operating under a hybrid work model - we have 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday & Friday) in person at our brand new studio in Kings X with the remaining 2 days available to work from home.
